We had a great experience at Kia of Clermont in the purchase of our 2027 Kia carnival. Jonathan was outstanding and professional. Easy purchase process from the get go and got the vehicle we wanted. Jonathan was very detailed and showed us a line up of vehicles from the highest trim to the mid trims to compare for value and he knew his vehicle info. Car buying is usually a pain but Kia of Clermont came through with a quick process. We were out of there within a couple of hours.

Car dealerships are typically untrustworthy. Clermont Kia is not a typical dealership! They offered great, transparent, competitive, pricing. Excellent sales team (both John and Johnny!). The finance guy was easygoing and did not pressure us with up-selling. He sold us a good product (great manufacturer warranty already with awesome add on from dealer) and was able to match my credit union's offer.
Our best experience was with Johnny Tam, our sales rep. He was persistent without being obnoxious. He stayed in touch with me and made everything smooth and convenient. He worked hard to earn our business.

The oil change was completed as requested. However when booking the appointment, they were clearly asked to tend to a non-working port in the front seat console as well, as the car is a 2026 and still under the warranty, and the port does not work. This was mentioned at the last appointment as well, where the tech assured me it was working, only for us to discover it still was not. Now more time will have to be wasted to get this issue addressed.
