Manny makes you feel at home which is rare. He listens, doesn't push anything. Very reasonable, which is not normal for dealerships. Is very fair on pricing too. Will try to work with you. There is a stigma how dealerships are shady salesman. Manny is a breath of fresh air.
We don't like it when we are directly lied to. The delivery for us should never be allowed to happen as ours was. The question below says a lady named Michelle helped us with the office. Never heard of her.

From the moment I pulled into the Dealership I was greeted with kind warm faces. Everyone was very helpful. Ian Palmer did an excellent job explaining everything about my 2017 Mercedes Benz S550. I sat down with the manager and we were able to come to terms on the price of the Mercedes and the Trade in Value of my 2023 Silverado 2500 HD. The overall experience was outstanding no hassle financing and I got a lifetime warranty on my entire drivetrain. To top it off they gave me not one but two free oil changes.

Issue was not fixed and no one answers the phone. Ive called and left messages and no one returns my call.
Marshall was very helpful and pleasant. He was very helpful and I was very comfortable with Marshall Rhodes.
The first visit I got an oil change. Told him I didn't have much time and he got me in and out fast. I also asked him for a Quote to replace an oil pan. Called him back and made an appointment for Friday.
I appreciate the fact that I wasn’t pressured into getting anything unnecessary. The service representative was kind and friendly.

Had an appointment, but still had to wait forever. Why do you need an appointment if they aren't going to honor it.
The dealership itself is very nice and clean. The atmosphere was very welcoming and the people I dealt with were very nice. I had to ask for my wheel locks at vehicle delivery as they were on my lease but they were not delivered with the vehicle. I also don't like that I was made to get a protection plan.

The work done on vehicle was excellent. No issues. Took way too long for it though. My issue is we expected to be there an hour and a half based on what was advised. Well we were there for over 3 hours. Never has taken that long in the past for oil change and tire rotation.

Very polite workers. Car was clean when we picked it up. A little concern for the tire check. All tread measured the same. But one tire is new due to a blow out. Shouldn’t that tire have had more tread?

He got me in early when my appointment was at 5:30. I came in at four also for the inconvenience due to low oil in the vehicle of my 2026 Kia K5GT he explained to me that a half a quart the light would show up and also he told me exactly how long it would take from start to finish and he was pretty accurate.

Maria was absolutely amazing. The dealership needs better response to the customer when asking for updates. Even if you have nothing to update just say that communication is key. Other than that your staff seems engaged just need to take even a small amount of time to respond.

Out the door price was agreed upon on the phone. After arriving, I did the test drive and agreed to purchase the vehicle. Shortly after I was told the car is already sold internally (to another dealership).
I told them to cancel the intercompany sale. After some back and forth that was done. Then one of the managers showed up with a new price that was $160 higher.
The manager refused to honor the originally agreed upon price. I ended buying the vehicle, since they wasted already several hours of my life.

I’m happy with my experience at Kia of Clermont. The reception desk staff helped me identify a great salesperson, Jennilee, who was easy to work with, knowledgeable, and took time to make sure our questions were answered and our test drive was thorough. Pricing, financing, and signing were quicker than I expected. I would recommend Jennilee to anyone looking for a vehicle.

Jose Menendez made me feel like his most important customer. He was willing to pay attention to my needs and gave me a lot of his time to make sure that I was as familiar with the auto that I purchased as possible. I thought he gave me the best deal that KIA could provide. He even left open for future communication if so needed.
I only gave three stars because I was promised they would pay off the balance on my trade but they fell a couple thousand dollars short. It was a good experience until I went into the finance office then it was high-pressure to add very expensive additional contracts, which left me within an uncomfortable unsettling feeling. I wish I had slowed down and held them to their promises instead of signing so quickly.
