Services are sky rocket. I have been taking my sorento for service for the past couple of years. Now it's impossible to schedule a simple oil change without paying over $200. I understand that inflation is hitting everyone but come on! Simple oil change $200 plus dollars.
Service advisor said they won't even bother getting to the check engine diagnosis since its their "light day" complete was of my time scheduling and driving to the appt if they won't even do the service. Technician showed no emotions about this inconvenience. They clearly treat all customers this way. Would advise to never get service here. Complete scam of a place.
Kia of Clermont sold us a vehicle that they knew had a fuel leak. Let us drive it off the lot. Its dangerous, my wife and kids use this car. They ignored my repeated calls and texts for days. Took our new Kia Sorrento back for its first initial service. Made a 7 AM appointment. Oil and tires done back on the road by 745. Spectacular service. My surface advisor Marshall was spectacular. He let me know exactly what was happening and where my car was in the process. I also received a video from the service department, showing me what they were doing. That is a first. Every time I go there I leave xxxxxx off. I was told I would be provided an uber to and from my house while they did the service. When I got there they told me it would cost them too much and that I would have to pay it. I made it clear, when I made the appointment where I live and was told that is NOT a problem. Do not use their service department. They’re huge on ripping you off and charging astronomical prices. Paid 136$ for a 4 wheel alignment only to be told there was no way the car could be aligned because it was so bad. Do not recommend at all. I will never use their service department again or buy another KIA.

Do not take your car to KIA of Clermont. They charged $400 plus tax just to evaluate a problem with the car. They gave an estimate of $1722 to repair Evap Leak (They would have deducted the $400 if we went for the $1722 repair). We took the car to Pep Boys and had the issue repaired for $673.
On the bill for the evaluation they listed a warranty credit of $40.87 that they subtracted from the $400 charge but added the $40.87 back in to the bill as "Shop Supplies". They didn't even give us the warranty credit.

Horrible experience. I came in for a simple oil change, but the service advisor Christian Zambrano was extremely pushy and insisted I do additional services that I clearly declined. I politely thanked him for his recommendations, but he kept pressuring me until I became frustrated and ended up leaving without getting my oil change done at all. I WILL NEVER RETURN to Kia Clermont. I had my oil change done today at City Kia instead—quick, easy, and no hassle.
This is probably the worst place to purchase a vehicle I have had my sportage since Nov 23 they have had it 8 months in service can’t fix it I make high payments and they have my sportage yes I get a loaner but it’s not mine! Service department never answers the phone. Took my car in for service and every time there is an issue and all you get is the run around. No one cares about your time and your car is never worked on in a reliable amount of time.
Extremely difficult to get the service department via phone. They never answer, take a message and then never return a call. If you try to connect to sales you get through immediately! Once you get serve they are fine but everything is overpriced by at least 30% - Go to an independent service provider and you will save a fortune.
Awful customer service. Tried to buy a car and received no follow up. Save yourself the time and go to a different dealership.
We have a Kia Sorento 2024 and have agreement for total service (USD100.00 per month) we try to use 2 times, first time they said is not insurance cover, because it was the rock on the hi way and we paid for new cooler, now it was a simple tire repair and the are soul my wheel for 2 days and plus probably for the weekend.
They tell you anything to get you to buy and lie about it when you call them out on it. Very unprofessional behavior from the salesman, sales manager, and finance staff. I will never purchase a car with them again.

Only gave one star because that is lowest site allows. Connor is the salesman we felt with but railroaded with is more the situation. Leaded a vehicle-told by everyone we dealt with in transaction there was NO PREPAYMENT PENALTY!! NOTHING TO DO AT END OF LEASE BUT TURN CAR BACK IN & walk away. But when we try to pay off lease early- we would still have to pay all interest fees in term of lease even when we only leased car for days! We were lied to by everyone in contact with-including front desk person-STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSIP.
Just stay away from them at any means. Car price magically changes several times, adding tons of extras and ignores all type of contact after purchase. Service is also terrible and rude.

Just purchased a 2024 Kia Forte GTLine at Kia of Clermont. I got a fantastic deal with numerous rebates and incentives. Stay away. They promise but do not fulfill. Fiancé is a joke. Agree to monthly payment only to receive from lender an amount much higher. Cannot speak to anyone always too busy with customers. Stay away from this dealer,total scammers,horrible customer care, selling a lot of no needded warranty contracts and never help you in case of cancellation, just want money commision and thats it. The service department here is the worst or they repeat constantly like little robots $200 for a scan $200 for a scan. I had a brake pad issue with the pad literally hanging off the wheel and they still wanted to do a $200 scan, I think some of these service people need a CAT scan
I recently bought a used car from this dealership. Our sales advisor manny polio was very pleasant and helpful. A service issue arose in under 24 hours of purchasing vehicle. My interaction with service was not great but Manny and another sales advisor John Smith were always helpful and very pleasant. While John was not really our ales advisor he jumped right in to try to help us. In our opinion John should be management.
They are super nice and responsive until you buy the car, then they dont call you back, the finance director doesnt return you calls even when they owe you a refund for Gap insurance cancellation. I have been waiting 3 months! He has not returned my email I also sent him almost 3 weeks ago! Inexcusable!
Price gouging. They don’t want to do the paperwork for a warranty claim so they lie and blame the customer all because they can make more money by overcharging the consumer.
This is specific to sales. I brought in my one year old Sportage for its 30k service and they recommended $1300 for services. I asked how much for just the services needed to keep up with the warranty. It only brought it down to $800. I feel that was excessive being that this was a Kia and not a luxury brand. During the first service of my 2023 Kia EV6 on February 20, 2024, I was astounded by the exorbitant cost incurred solely for the replacement of the cabin AC filter and tire rotation. Free checks are offered in most areas, with customers only incurring charges for replacements, adjustments, or repairs.
Typically, automobile service dealers provide upfront discounts whenever possible and solely charge for any necessary services. No such occurrence took place during my service day. I bought a used Mercedes C300 from them 3 weeks ago. They told me there are no mechanical issues in the car. 2nd day, breaks are failing. Spent $350 changing front rotars. 3rd day, shift clank sensor is causing car to jam in acceleration. Another $365 bill. They told me you have 30 days to report any issues. Guess what, they WILL NOT RETURN YOUR CALL AFTER SALE. Especially this pathetic guy Eddie, their Sales Manager. The most unprofessional person out there. Just like the brand name KIA. They are a complete SCAM! Do yourself a favor, buy from a Non-Kia dealership!!

I've always worked on my car for well over 50 years. I just rotated my 2020 Soul tires on 2/23 with 20,000 miles on them. Had an issue with the steering wheel, it was coming apart. Was at KIA of Clermont today. My wife had told me her driver side turn signal wasn't working.
The service tech examined the car and said there was a short circuit and the entire headlight unit needed to be replaced and since the car was out of warranty, I'd be looking at about $1,242. ($783 for the headlight unit and 2 hours of labor).

Never written a review for a dealership I didn't buy a car from until now. This is the type of dealership that gives dealerships a bad name. I couldn't make heads or tails from all the bogus extra fees, but somehow a $33,000 Kia was going to cost me over $42,000. Go elsewhere.

Do not buy a Kia telluride! I bought my used 39000 miles certified kia telluride from Kia of Clermont dealer and two months later the roof part after the windshield had a 5 big paint chips from just driving on the interstate. There was nothing I did to cause the chips and I contacted the dealer and kia corporate and they just said it was out of the kia paint warranty after 39000 miles. When to dealership to purchase an EV6 demanded 14k above MSRP and 3.5 K for maintenance package when asked what value do I get out of the maintenance package I was told free oil changes and engine intake filter etc I the asked how often do I need to change to oil on an EV6? If I could give zero stars, I would. I called to inquire about a Kia Niro 2 weeks ago. After getting the quote, part of the charges included were for the Claremont advantage. I live in Northwest Florida almost 8 hours from Orlando. I would never use this advantage, nor did I want it. This dealership refuse to remove it from the cost of a vehicle.
